Sto najlepszych kryminałów wydawnictwa Reclam
“Sto kryminałów, które warto przeczytać” to lista opublikowana w 1978 roku przez niemieckie wydawnictwo Reclam (Reclams Kriminalromanführer, wyd. Armin Arnold i Josef Schmidt, Stuttgart 1978).
Pomimo upływu lat lista nie straciła wiele na aktualności (choć oczywiście nie może uwzględniać tytułów, które od tamtego czasu zostały wydane) i wciąż wyróżnia się spośród innych spisów “najlepszych kryminałów”, publikowanych co jakiś czas w każdym niemal kraju. Swoją uniwersalność lista Reclam zawdzięcza temu, że wydawcy dokonując wyboru starali się konsekwentnie stosować następujące kryteria:
- znaczenie utworu w historii kryminału jako gatunku
- jakość i oryginalność stylu i treści
- to, czy utwór jest interesujący i przemawia do współczesnego europejskiego czytelnika
Dzięki ich zastosowaniu poniższa lista może być dla wielbicieli gatunku bardzo dobrym źródłem wiedzy o tym, co jeszcze warto przeczytać. Ułożona jest alfabetycznie według nazwisk autorów. Przy każdym tytule podaję tytuł wydania polskiego, o ile takie istnieje.
